We offer home collection from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Early morning slots (6-8 AM) are recommended for fasting tests. You can choose your preferred slot while booking.

For fasting tests, avoid eating or drinking anything (except water) for 10-12 hours before sample collection. Schedule an early morning slot so you can have breakfast after the test.

Yes! Our phlebotomist can collect samples from multiple family members in a single visit. Just add all the tests while booking and mention the number of patients.

Our phlebotomists follow strict safety protocols including wearing masks and gloves, using sterile single-use equipment, proper sanitization, and safe sample transportation in cold chain boxes.

Reports are delivered digitally via WhatsApp and Email. You can also download them from your dashboard. For physical copies, please request at the time of booking.
