2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to book services independently.
• For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book services and accompany them during sample collection.
• By using our services, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Booking and Appointments

• Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
• All bookings are subject to availability of time slots and services.
• You must provide accurate patient information, contact details, and address for home collection.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Please ensure someone is available at the given address during the scheduled time slot for home collection.

4. Sample Collection

• Our trained phlebotomists will collect samples following strict safety and hygiene protocols.
• Patients must follow pre-test instructions (fasting, medication restrictions, etc.) as advised.
• For home collection, please ensure a clean and well-lit area for sample collection.
• If sample collection fails due to patient-related reasons (not fasting, unavailability, etc.), additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to refuse sample collection if conditions are unsafe or unhygienic.

5. Test Reports

• Reports are typically delivered within 24-48 hours, depending on the test type.
• Reports will be shared via WhatsApp, Email, and can be downloaded from our website.
• Physical copies can be collected from our lab upon request.
• We maintain strict confidentiality of all test reports.
• Report delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on test complexity.

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Home collection charges may apply for orders below the minimum order value.
• Payment can be made via Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or Online Banking.
• For Cash on Delivery, payment must be made at the time of sample collection.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellations and refunds.

8. Accuracy of Results

• We use state-of-the-art equipment and follow standardized procedures to ensure accurate results.
• Results may be affected by factors beyond our control, including patient compliance with pre-test instructions.
• In case of any discrepancy, re-testing may be offered at our discretion.
• We are not liable for any medical decisions made based on our test results without consulting a qualified physician.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of services paid for.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, strikes, etc.).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Severability
